01 - SERVICE - LATAM UX RESEARCHReliable UX research coverage across Latin America.
For global research teams, agencies, and platforms that need Latin America done right — recruited, moderated, and delivered by a senior local team, with the compliance and logistics handled end to end.
The problem
Latin America is where global research plans quietly break. It's not one market — it's ~20 countries with different dialects, panels, regulations, and incentive rules.
Teams running LatAm from abroad run into the same failures: recruited participants who don't match the screener, cultural nuance lost in translation, cross-border incentive payments that create tax and compliance headaches.
The result is the hardest region to promise in a global account — and the easiest to get wrong from a distance.

03 – LatAm partner of the UXalliance global network.Since 2009, we've been the Latin American partner of UXalliance, the global network of independent UX research firms. Within the network, we run the studies in our markets end to end — project management, fieldwork, debriefs, and final reporting. This lets global teams get coordinated multi-market research with consistent methodologies and local teams who understand the cultural context of each country.
We've led and delivered research in our region for organizations like Meta, Spotify, Google, Iberia, and other global companies, across Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, and the wider international network.
04 – Selected workGlobal brands trust the network. We deliver the region.
Every study is run end to end by our own local consultants — from recruitment to final report.
-
WhatsApp's UX team needed deep, multi-method research with over 60 participants in Argentina — combining lab sessions, in-home context, and prototype testing.
Our local AyerViernes consultants worked directly with WhatsApp's UX team in London and our UXalliance partner in Mexico across design, project management, recruitment, moderation, note-taking, and joint debrief reporting.
The study spanned in-depth interviews at our Buenos Aires facilities, contextual interviews in participants' homes, focus groups, and prototype testing at Meta's Argentina offices — with full on-the-ground logistics, including catering, transport, and accommodation for the visiting teams.
60+ participants, four methods, zero friction for the client — the operational backbone that makes ambitious LatAm research possible.
-
Iberia needed a service benchmark of the leading airlines across Latin America — a coordinated read on the region's aviation market, not five disconnected local studies.
Working with Spanish UX agency , our consultants on the ground ran the benchmark across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile — bringing the local market knowledge and execution to research each carrier in its own context, under one consistent methodology.
Five markets, one coordinated study — the kind of regional coverage that's hard to run from outside LatAm.
-
A global streaming platform needed in-depth qualitative research with users across Peru — reaching beyond the capital into distinct regional markets.
Our local team ran the study end to end from our market: project management and logistics, recruitment and screener, and tropicalization of the interview guide for local context.
Over three weeks — with fieldwork in week two — they moderated 14 remote in-depth interviews across Lima, Arequipa, Cusco, and Chiclayo, handling the full technical setup (Zoom, bilingual audio and video), interpreters, moderation, note-taking, and the final report.
Fieldwork delivered on schedule, with regional reach most global teams can't achieve on their own.
